After a painful 27-day wait, the Georgia Bulldogs finally take the field today in the Quarterfinals of the College Football Playoffs. Hopefully, this year, the layoff curse is not a problem.
Miami has already won the first quarterfinal game, so we know who we will play if we win this game. It will be the seemingly fated match-up with Carson Beck and the Miami Hurricanes.
First, we have to play our second rematch in a row of a regular-season game we’ve already played. This time, we play the Kiffin-less Ole Miss Rebels, who led Georgia by 9 points late in the last match-up.
Hopefully, Georgia controls the game a little more convincingly and sets up the big-time semifinal that many will be excited for and many never wanted to see…
GoDawgs!
