The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly…
We continue being honest with ourselves about the state of our team and this season as we continue to look back at last weekend’s Alabama game.
As frustrated as we are right now, there were several good things that emerged in this game. The defense continues to show that they can be both very good and very worrisome all in the same game. But the good hopefully points to future upside with maturity and experience.
Chauncey Bowens was a force and looks to be getting better and better. The team played with the requested fire, passion, and energy. Nobody gave up.
But do the coaches need to look in the mirror a little more after this game? There is an ugly trend forming in Georgia’s games against better-than-average competition, and maybe it’s time the coaching staff ask themselves some tough questions as to why?
We will get to Kentucky later this week. There’s plenty of time for that…
